Decolorant

Our company provides both solid and liquid decolorants. They are newly developed quaternary ammonium cationic polymer compounds integrating multiple functions such as decolorization, flocculation and CODcr degradation.They are mainly applied to the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, papermaking wastewater and other chromaticity-containing wastewater. They have an excellent removal effect on the chromaticity caused by reactive, disperse, vat and direct dyes in printing and dyeing wastewater.

Liquid Decolorant Product Specifications:
Appearance: Translucent viscous liquid
Solid content: ≥52%
Viscosity: ≥15%
pH value (30% aqueous solution): 3.0 ~ 5.0

Solid Decolorant Product Specifications:
Appearance: White powder
Solid content: ≥78%
Insoluble matter: ≤2%
pH value: 2.0 ~ 3.5

Main Uses:
1.It is mainly used for decolorization treatment of high-chromaticity wastewater in printing and dyeing mills, and suitable for wastewater containing reactive, acid and disperse dyes.
2.It is also applicable to the treatment of industrial wastewater from textile, printing and dyeing, pigment, papermaking and other industries.
3.The product has a decolorization rate of over 95% for wastewater, and the CODcr removal rate ranges from 70% to 90%.
4.The product features fast decolorization and sedimentation, low sludge yield, and adapts to a wide pH range of sewage.
5.It has strong decoloring performance, especially for difficult-to-treat red and black wastewater from printing and dyeing plants.

Storage and Precautions for Use:
1.Dilute the product 10–30 times before adding to water. Stir for several minutes, then perform sedimentation or air flotation to obtain decolorized clear liquid.
2.It is recommended to adjust the pH value of wastewater to 5–10 in advance.
3.When the chromaticity and CODcr of wastewater are high, this product can be used together with coagulants and polymer flocculants to reduce treatment costs. The dosing sequence shall be determined according to the treatment process.
4.This product is non-flammable and non-explosive; avoid exposure to direct strong sunlight.

Packaging and Storage:
The liquid decolorant is packed in plastic drums, 30 kg/drum or 50 kg/drum.
The solid decolorant is packed in white woven bags, net weight: 25 kg/bag.
